B A R C E L O N A !

We decided, for our 2019 Euro trip to explore the historic country of Spain. We started in the Gaudi city of Barcelona. Day one was exploring the city for architecture and tapas with 2 of our best friends.

Gaudi’s masterpiece, Sagrada Familia took priority.

Every detail of the church, almost every square inch, has some sort of meaning or story to tell.

The interior of the church was meant to look like a forrest. When looking up it looks like the sun is shining through the canopy. Every column is built with a different stone and size. Making everything unique just like trees in the forest.

Each facade on the church tells a story in different parts of Jesus’s life. The detail is overwhelming.

Now we’re off to find Tapas and more Gaudi.

With a few drinks on the way…

…and some local flower.

Paper football break? or Futbol?

After a long day of walking, we need some views and drinks.

Day 2: A whole Gaudi Park?

Exploring & Drinking

Taylor and Ryan left us for Italy so well continue our Spanish conquest.

More Churches. Old Churches. Still under-construction old… starting in 1882.

Found some fun Euro streets with some amazing graffiti.

Refuel with some caps.

Saw a little of Picasso.

Spent a little time on the beach for some rays… and photos… Mainly photos.

Overall. Amazing city. Incredible culture. Great food and breathtaking architecture. Antoni Gaudi was a true artist that has made his mark on this city.

But now we are headed up the coast of Spain close to the French boarder.
